Who we are

The Melior Vasari Business Centre was founded in 2004, the result of a merger between two major companies involved in the project: Grupo Vasari and the business centre chain, Melior.

Grupo Vasari, with headquarters in Marbella, was created in 1997, its principal activity originally focussed on property development.

It has since become one of the benchmark companies on the Costa del Sol, as a result of the types of project carried out, the manner in which they are done and its rigorous professionalism within the construction sector.

Over a period of time, the business focal points have moved on from property development and marketing (Vasari Real Estate) to the hotel sector, with the luxury aparthotel, Vasari Vacaction Resort and the Vasari restaurant, as well as to business centres, following the agreement made with the Melior company, a specialist in such establishments.

This was how the Melior Vasari Business Centre, situated on the prestigious and exclusive Alzambra-Vasari urbanisation, right at the town entrance to Puerto Banús, central headquarters and flagship of Grupo Vasari, came about.
